Gelvor Fully Automatic Gel Blaster Rifle GB-01 Set

BATTERY INSTALLATION 

The Gelvor GB01 battery is installed inside the rifle’s front grip.

1. Fully charge the included battery first using the USB charging cable.
2. Slide open the front grip to access the battery compartment.
3. Locate the battery connector wire coming from inside the rifle.
4. Connect the battery plug carefully – do not force it if the connector orientation feels wrong.
5. Slide the battery and wires gently into the rifle, making sure no wires are pinched.
6. Replace the cover/font grip.
7. Turn the selector to fire mode and test.

Please not that this set includes:

• 1x 7.4v 1800mAh rechargeable battery
• 1× USB charging cable

Common issues:

If the blaster does not fire, first check that the battery is fully charged and firmly connected.
Do not upgrade to a higher-voltage battery unless the blaster supports it, or you may damage the motor/gears.

MAGAZINE LOADING 

How to load the magazine on the Gelvor GB01 gel blaster rifle:

• Prepare the gel balls first
  • Soak the dry gel balls in clean water for about 3–4 hours.
  • Drain off excess water before loading. Overly wet gels can jam the magazine.
• Remove the magazine
  • Press the mag release button near the trigger area and pull the magazine downward.
• Open the loading hatch
  • It is a small top door/hatch, on top
• Fill the magazine
  • Pour hydrated gel balls into the opening slowly.
  • Do not overfill; leave a little space so the gels move freely.
• Close the hatch securely
  • Make sure it clicks shut so gels do not spill.
• Insert the magazine back into the rifle
  • Push upward until you hear a click.
• Fire test
  • Switch to semi or auto and fire a few shots.

Tips:

• Never force oversized gels into the mag or they may burst and jam.
• If feeding stops, empty the magazine and check for crushed gels inside.

GEL BLASTER BB AMMO WATER SOAKING

For the Gelvor GB01 and most gel blasters, the gel ammo (water beads) must be soaked correctly before use.

How to Soak Gel Blaster BB Ammo

• Put dry gel beads into a large container
  • The beads expand a lot – use a bowl or bucket with extra space.
• Add plenty of clean water
  • Cover the beads with about 2-3 inches (5-8 cm) of water. Room-temperature is best.
    • Avoid hot water – it can damage the beads.
    • Filtered/distilled water may give more consistent bead size if your tap water is hard.
• Soak for 3-4 hours
  • Most 7.5 mm gel balls are ready in about 3-4 hours.
    • Some players leave them overnight, but over-soaking can make them soft.
• Check the gel balls
  • Correctly soaked beads should:
    • be 7.5 mm
    • feel soft but firm
    • look round and translucent
    • not have a hard white centre
• Drain the water
  • Pour the beads into a strainer/colander and let excess water drain off for 5-10 minutes.
  • Do not load soaking-wet beads into the magazine.
• Load the magazine
  • Fill the mag with hydrated beads and insert it into the GB01.

FREE BB AMMO

Please note that the 1000 7.5 water bead ammo, free with this gel blaster rifle, is pre-soaked. We recommend re-soaking or using fresh new BBs, as we cannot guarantee the quality and sizing of any pre-soaked ammo. If you have ammo feed issues with your blaster, please try soaking and using new gel beads before returning the blaster to us.

CUT-OFF PROTECTION 

To protect the gearbox and other internal components, this gel blaster is equipped with a safety cut-off that activates after approximately 8–10 seconds of continuous firing. This blaster is designed to be used in short 3–4-second bursts, similar to how a real firearm is operated. If the cut-off activates, simply wait around 1 minute for the system to reset, and the blaster will operate normally again.
