When switched to IR mode, the unit emits a focused 850nm infrared beam (<0.78mW) from the lower emitter—undetectable to the naked eye yet ideal for use with night vision devices.

Powered by two CR123A batteries, the Baldr IR delivers extended runtimes—up to 4 hours on 300 lumens and up to 80 hours in IR mode.
